Improvement?

Wow, I am somewhat amazed dono if it is too early to be amazed right now though. As in too early for celebration. It's ust that today I had gone to bed just about the same time as yesterday and felt much better in the morning then I did the day before. I took a slight nap after taking a shower and all that and it really helped. nothing like it. :D *hugs and kisses mashinka* she's so lovely isn't she? the love of my life :D 8hus9K) oh well anyways i'm going to take another 20 minute nap right now as I am in comp sci class. no worries loki shall survive! :D oi... I asked a friend of mine to wake me up if I don't myself.

watery eyes

Hmmm, one side effect tht I have noted in napping is that I get watery eyes and it is hard to focus on my computer screen because of that.

Seems to have worked

Seems like the nap worked for me and my headache went away. Well actualyl it did go away for a bit. But came back a ssoon as i turned on my lamp. I guess i t just goes to show that ishouldn't do narghila. because lack oxygen and all that and my brain find s that somewhat painful. oi *hugs and ksises mashinka* *hugS(K) I love her so much *hugs(K). meanwhile I feel a littl ebetter at the moment. I don't know thoguh I'm probablly going to go to bed shortly as I am really tired and need to recover from my failed sleeping experiment of polyphasic sleep this morning. I will however attempt to get up earlier form normal sleep today and then have a nap to get rid of sleep grogginess. I will report as to the success of that in the morning. :D wish me luck lol (not that there is anyone reading this)

What a Failure

Oi, so yeah I fell asleep :|. bah. horrible. meh there is more effort involved in poly Phasic sleep then the average person seem to be willing to admit. happens I guess. Oi oh well. I fell asleep at 4:45 and then woke up went to school. Slept right through my computer science class as I had long ago finished all the assignments. Then I left to my english class where I had half-slept through the lesson, partially because I had not found the class very engaging, but then again probably mainly to my lack of sleep. But I did take a nap after school and that really worked for me. I had take my first nap at half an hour and I felt really drowsy after. But afterwards I took a twenty minute nap and felt completly refreshed.

Also another thing I have noticed. There are really two different kinds of drowsiness that I feel. One of them I can get rid of with a simple nap. But a different kind I can not. For instance yesterday. I could get rid of some form of tiredness that that partially hinders my concentration and makes me have a need to sleep. However. There was this different kind of tiredness that wasn't going away and it was more of a deeper and harder pulling then the other. Today I have a headache as I have done a wee bit too much narghila and so I should probably head off to bed to cure my head ache. I'll try with a nap. as again tommorow I don't have anything important to do at school. If so, I will post again tonight on weather or not a nap helped my headache! :D
