older people and sleep
now when i say old people i don't mean seniors. it's just that i hae read some sleep research that found that younger people have more trouble falling asleep though have little trouble staying asleep while older people found it easier to fall asleep yet harder to stay asleep.
now with that fact that older people find it harder to stay asleep we can assume that a polyphasic schedule would work better for older people as it would fit their sleeping patterns better.
